    I understand the pressure that both athletes and parents face, especially when striving for success in competitive sports. At Confident Sports, I specialize in helping athletes develop the mental resilience and emotional control needed to thrive—not just in their sport, but in all areas of life. Through my expertise as a Mental Performance Training Coach, I work closely with athletes to strengthen their mental game, ensuring it complements their physical abilities. Together, we focus on mindset, emotional regulation, and confidence-building to help athletes overcome challenges, bounce back from setbacks, and perform confidently under pressure.

    As a parent of elite teen athletes, I know the dream: watching your child reach their full potential, thriving in every practice and game. But when confidence and mental barriers get in the way, that dream can feel just out of reach. I understand how challenging it can be to watch your child struggle with these hurdles, and as a parent, you want to see them succeed but aren’t always sure where to start.

    That’s where Confident Sports comes in. I’m here to guide both you and your athlete through the mental training needed to overcome these challenges. With the right mindset and strategies, your teen will not only tackle obstacles but also build resilience, confidence, and a well-rounded sense of self. I’ve been where you are—feeling helpless when your child isn’t reaching their potential due to struggles with confidence, anxiety, or pressure.

    I’m here to provide the tools and support to help your athlete build the mental skills that will drive success, both in their sport and in life. Together, we’ll equip your child with the resilience they need for long-term growth and achievement.

Program Packages and Training Descriptions

  • A 1:1 coaching program with a series of personalized sessions that help athletes build confidence, recover from mistakes, manage anxiety, handle pressure, and develop strong competition routines. Includes parent sessions with practical strategies, language, and tools to support their athlete’s growth and performance.

  • Available to athletes who’ve completed the Unstoppable Confidence program, this ongoing support includes a monthly mindset session, weekly tips, and unlimited text support. As athletes grow and face new challenges, this program helps reinforce skills, provide encouragement, and offer real-time guidance. 

  • Proven mental performance strategies catered to your team's needs. These trainings are informative, applicable, and interactive—a great way to develop a positive culture and build character and leadership. Teams interested in mindset training have various options to fit their needs, with both virtual and in-person options available. Please inquire for details.

About Rachel

Confident Sports was born from my own journey as a former collegiate volleyball player who faced mental barriers that hindered my performance. Transitioning from high school to college athletics, I encountered intense pressure and self-doubt, ultimately leading me to quit my college team. The fear of failure that developed from this experience not only held me back in sports but also limited opportunities in other areas of my life at that time.

As a parent of elite athletes in Division 1 programs, I’ve witnessed firsthand the struggles of watching your child battle with confidence, pressure, and negative mindsets. I know the helplessness of seeing them lose belief in themselves, face difficult coaching, and feel overwhelmed. This personal experience—both as an athlete and a parent—led me to create Confident Sports, a program designed to support athletes and parents through these challenges.

As a Positive Performance Certified Mindset Coach™ and Performance Visualization Specialist™, I teach athletes how to build confidence, manage pressure, and break through mental blocks. My coaching focuses on practical mental training designed to support athletes in reducing anxiety, managing pressure, and navigating challenges, which can help them perform at their best and work towards reaching their full potential.

I also work with parents, offering sessions to help them understand and support the mental skills their athletes are developing. Together, we create a partnership that empowers young athletes to bounce back quickly and achieve lasting success.
